Each month is different but there are usually 4 to 6 items in each box. This varies to give you best value possible and to ensure your pup is interested in their box each and every month.
Yes! Based on the details you give us when ordering a box we are able to send out boxes that feature different guides, tips and products based on the stage your puppy is at.
In your box you’ll find a range of items including puppy treats, chews and toys as well as puppy specific grooming tools, hygiene products and other essential accessories. You’ll also find some guides and top tips for looking after your new little one!
We change the contents of the box monthly so your pup will never get bored and you get the best range of products to help your journey.
If there is a particular theme to our training guide you will receive products that help with that specific task. For example, toilet training – you’ll get training pads and anti-bacterial wipes.
We research the best guides and talk with excellent puppy trainers to get the most up-to-date and most effective hints, tips and guides that help keep you and your puppy on the right track and help you create a happy, friendly and life-loving fully grown companion.
Please remember, our guides are just that. Guides. Always consult your Vet for any issues you experience with your puppy.
We tend to agree with common knowledge that 15 months is the time when a puppy can use, eat and chew on adult dog things. At this point we will roll you over onto our Scrufflo Dog Boxes where your newly matured dog can enjoy a monthly delivery of all things fun, chewable and of course some advanced training.
Your box will be sent out around the 21st of each month which means you’ll usually get your box before the 25th.
If you order on or after the 21st your box will be sent out the following month.

That’s easy. Login to your account page and follow the menus.
We have a 2 week cooling off period where all boxes and subscription plans can be cancelled for a full refund. If we sent you a box it must be unopened, unused and sent back to us.
We cannot offer partial or full refunds on our service once the cooling off period is over – sorry! This means if you’re half way through a 6 month service we cannot give you a partial refund for the following 3 months.
